With Carnab's 10 day Return Policy, we give you the peace of mind that if you change your mind, you may return the car back to us for a full refund, no questions asked up to 10 days after Title Transfer!
Every vehicle listed on Carnab comes with the 10 Day Return Policy, whether you have purchased it outright or had it financed (TAC apply).
Carnab's 10 Day Return Policy begins the moment the vehicle is transferred to your name. During this time, you may drive the car for up to 250KMs and return it without giving any reason.
Please note, Carnab cannot accept a Return if during the 10 days the vehicle:
- Has been modified in any way
- Has been in an accident or damaged
- Has been altered from the condition it was delivered in
- Fails to pass Carnab's internal Quality Assurance test

Once your Return Request has been approved, you will need to refrain from using the car until a Carnab agent comes and picks up the vehicle from a location of your choosing.
